Wireman Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex electrical and battery system failures
• Execute rework to ensure installations pass inspection and meet internal quality benchmarks
• Represent the company on-site by meeting inspectors and AHJs to resolve issues in real time
• Onboard and provide hands-on training for new installation crews
• Maintain mastery of Base hardware, NEC Codes, and general electrical principles
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for urgent night or weekend electrical issues

Requirements

• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 4+ years of relevant electrical work experience, specifically with battery backups, EV chargers, or whole-home generators
• Ability to explain technical concepts to crews, inspectors, and homeowners
• "Fix-it-right-the-first-time" mindset
