Wireless Requirements Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive requirements.
• Drive the strategy for agent-facing applications by translating user feedback and operational data into actionable development roadmaps.
• Propose user-centric solutions to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate requirements gathering, automate meeting summaries, and generate documentation drafts.
• Oversee the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from product inception to production delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent business operations analyst experience).
• 4 years of experience in business operations analysis, requirements writing, or a closely related role.
• Proven experience documenting end-to-end business requirements or user stories for software applications.
• Experience collaborating with IT development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in analyzing and mapping complex business workflows or user journeys.
• Generative AI literacy and the ability to use AI platforms to streamline analysis and data structuring.
