Wireless R&D IP Verification Lead Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IP-level verification for flagship wireless technologies including WAN, WLAN, GNSS, and Bluetooth.
• Perform design analysis and verification planning.
• Develop test benches and write test cases using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Write assertions, run simulations, and achieve coverage goals.
• Implement advanced DV methodologies, including formal and simulation, to improve efficiency and quality.
• Debug RTL and testbench issues using industry-standard tools like Verdi.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Maintain and enhance verification environments for scalability and reuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience (with Bachelor's), 2+ years (with Master's), or 1+ year (with PhD).
• Strong expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM and coverage-driven verification methodologies.
• Proven experience building and maintaining medium-to-complex SV/UVM environments.
• Proficiency in writing efficient constraint-random tests and achieving coverage closure.
• Strong debugging skills using industry-standard tools.
• Scripting skills in Python or Perl for automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to wireless IPs such as Wi-Fi, Modem PHY, or DSP blocks.
• Familiarity with formal or static verification techniques.
• Experience with power-aware verification and Gate-Level Simulation (GLS).
