Wireless Network Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage RF spectrum usage across ride and show environments to ensure coexistence between multiple wireless systems.
• Maintain visibility of all wireless systems and frequency allocations, including cellular DAS, ISM, UNII, and private 5G deployments.
• Validate wireless system performance, including coverage, interference, and reliability across attractions and facilities.
• Troubleshoot wireless and RF systems such as Cellular DAS, Wi-Fi, IoT/ISM-based systems, and show communication systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation detailing wireless system locations, frequency usage, and expected coverage areas.
• Produce RF coordination records, validation reports, and coverage maps.
• Identify, track, and mitigate RF interference issues across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Support vendor and integrator activities by reviewing and validating wireless implementations against spectrum requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Network/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in RF system design, commissioning, and troubleshooting within challenging environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Siemens SCALANCE, Rajant, or equivalent wireless solutions.
• Experience with wireless site surveys and heatmapping tools such as Ekahau, iBwave, or AirMagnet.
• Proficiency with network monitoring platforms.
