Wireless Business Team Logistics

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite logistics support for a large-scale cellular device upgrade project involving approximately 5,800 devices
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving shipments and labeling packages
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and update status records
• Transport devices for necessary tagging and activation processes
• Deliver completed devices to the customer’s Service Desk Tier 2 teams
• Utilize office automation tools to track, report, and archive pertinent project data

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree (Note: An Associate degree may substitute for 2 years of experience, and a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience)
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and office automation tools
• Ability to work onsite in Germantown, Maryland
