About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist management in addressing administrative needs and supervise day-to-day project operations
- Oversee center activities and functional areas
- Manage employees and personnel in accordance with company and contract requirements
- Compile and analyze information to assist in report preparation
- Compare performance data to contract and state goals on a weekly basis
- Facilitate staff training and conduct needs assessments
- Interact and respond to inquiries from funding sources
- Ensure timely submission of required reports from all departments
- Interpret and apply regulations and policies to ensure consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Services, or equivalent work experience
- Five years of professional experience organizing and developing social programs at a management level
- Two years of upper-level management experience
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of workforce policies and procedures preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer-focused service delivery
