About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in addressing administrative needs and supervise day-to-day project operations
  • Oversee center activities and functional areas
  • Manage employees and personnel in accordance with company and contract requirements
  • Compile and analyze information to assist in report preparation
  • Compare performance data to contract and state goals on a weekly basis
  • Facilitate staff training and conduct needs assessments
  • Interact and respond to inquiries from funding sources
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports from all departments
  • Interpret and apply regulations and policies to ensure consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Services, or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of professional experience organizing and developing social programs at a management level
  • Two years of upper-level management experience
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of workforce policies and procedures preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer-focused service delivery
