WIOA Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Director on planning, day-to-day operations, contract management, and staff development
• Develop and maintain a communications plan to keep business communities appraised of project plans
• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to maximize contracted performance
• Implement strategic plans and quality management systems to exceed contractual requirements
• Manage project monitoring and evaluation systems, including indicators and outputs
• Lead, supervise, and hold direct reports accountable to meet performance expectations
• Coordinate employee training, mentoring, work assignments, and performance assessments
• Ensure staff are trained on funded programs, customer service, and HEART Principles
• Maintain a library of knowledge and lessons learned from project activities
• Ensure timely submission of all required reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, organizational development, project management, or business administration
• Five years of program-level management experience in human services (for-profit, non-profit, or government sectors)
• Extensive knowledge of workforce development programs
• Experience leading projects of comparable size and complexity
