Winter Maintenance Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive gritter vehicles to spread salt onto roads during cold weather to maintain road safety
• Fit snow ploughs during adverse weather conditions
• Maintain accurate and relevant driver and vehicle records
• Support the maintenance team in performing key essential winter works

Requirements

• Hold a current LGV class 2 licence as a minimum
• Valid CPC accreditation
• Willingness to work unsociable hours on a rota basis, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to undertake role-specific training
