Wine Specialist

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with clients to secure profitable auction consignments
• Perform wine inspections at warehouses and client properties
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory
• Provide high-level customer service to buyers and sellers
• Cultivate a client base of buyers and sellers across Asia
• Assist with sale administration and auction events
• Promote wine sales, retail, and storage business globally
• Participate in client development and entertainment events

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Auction or Fine Wine Industry
• Proficient knowledge of wines and vintages relevant to the auction market
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional and discreet client service skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to perform physical work moving cases of wine
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

Preferred Qualifications

• WSET Diploma
