Responsibilities

• Advise customers on various wines, including taste profiles and food pairings
• Present wines in displays, shelves, and floor areas
• Ensure the quality and freshness of the stock
• Replenish and maintain neatness of shelves and displays
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and personal attention

Requirements

• Passion for wine and customer service
• Hospitable attitude to exceed customer expectations
• Eagerness to learn about wine and other departments
• Experience in a wine shop or liquor store is a plus
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
