Wine Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on various wines, taste profiles, and food pairings
• Present wines in displays, shelves, and floor areas
• Ensure the quality and freshness of stock
• Replenish and maintain neatness of shelves and displays
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements

• Passion for wine and customer service
• Welcoming and hospitable attitude
• Eagerness to learn about wine and products
• Experience in a wine shop or liquor store is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
