Wine and Spirits Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of direct reports to achieve business goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with chain retailers, suppliers, and internal leadership
• Assist in the development and execution of national sales activities and strategies
• Ensure execution of Chain Sales plans, including display execution, price reflection, and market share growth
• Conduct thorough category analysis to identify opportunities and create execution plans
• Plan and conduct regular sales calls with the Chain team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience; OR High School Diploma with 9+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen) and the ability to communicate insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Valid driver's license and reliable automobile transportation with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry products from 25–50 lbs regularly, and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Experience in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry
• Existing relationships with account leadership
