Windows Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, secure, and maintain dedicated Program Information Technology Infrastructure to support Air Dominance programs
• Provide support for Windows Operating Systems (OS) and basic network support
• Support VMware ESX environments and provide operations support for both servers and desktop systems
• Install, configure, and maintain systems hardware, software, and components
• Ensure computing inventory tracking, shipping, and documentation of computer applications
• Support security audits and maintain knowledge of government and corporate security plans
• Protect classified and proprietary information within closed environments

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
• Ability to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) access
• Active Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of start date
• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server (2016+) and Windows desktop OS
• 1+ years of experience in hardware installation, modification, and testing
• 1+ years of experience in software implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Windows Systems
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting operating system and installation problems
• Experience maintaining/configuring Active Directory, including domain group policies
• Experience using scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems
• Experience creating and maintaining multiple virtual servers based on VMware
• Experience integrating security solutions such as McAfee, Splunk, or HBSS
