About the role
Responsibilities
- Run and manage internal Windows infrastructure including desktop and server environments
- Improve, automate, and standardize the Windows environment
- Develop scripts for deployment, configuration, and monitoring
- Collaborate with a global team to resolve issues and execute deployments
- Monitor and manage a physical/virtual computing landscape across three continents
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 or Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Experience using PowerShell, Python, or C# for automation
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Kerberos, DNS, and Group Policy
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
- Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning
- Fluent in English
