About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform field repairs including hardware and glass replacements
- Conduct on-site product evaluations and inspections
- Follow safety protocols for glass handling and working at heights
- Operate company vehicles and perform routine maintenance
- Manage tools and supplies inventory
- Communicate repair solutions to customers
- Travel within assigned territory daily
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (Outlook & CRM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience
- 1–2 years of fenestration manufacturing or installation experience
