Winder (Bobinador) - Talent Pool

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of bars and coils
• Prepare areas for housing assembly
• Execute cutting, welding, and brazing services for winding components
• Conduct preparation, sanding, and repair services on bearings (corona)
• Apply insulating varnish and insulating resins
• Perform assembly of structures for core cladding assembly
• Execute measurements and torque applications on packages
• Carry out general insulation services
• Identify and manage specific materials within the field of operation
• Assist in the execution of mechanical and electrical measurements

Requirements

• Completed Elementary Education (Ensino Fundamental)
• Technical Course in Electromechanics or Electrotechnics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Winder I (Bobinador I)
• Proven experience with Stators, Busbars, Insulation, and Coil Varnishing
