Will Call Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
• Document customer interactions and transactions
• Process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed, and e-mailed orders accurately
• Receive and process payments via cash, debit, etc.
• Answer multi-line telephones and manage face-to-face customer interactions
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships with internal and external customers
• Manage customer databases, including records and account processing

Requirements

• 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
• Ability to handle difficult situations and dissatisfied customers calmly
