Responsibilities
- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products, and services
- Document customer interactions and transactions
- Process over-the-counter, phoned, faxed, and e-mailed orders accurately
- Receive and process payments via cash, debit, etc.
- Answer multi-line telephones and manage face-to-face customer interactions
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage customer databases, including records and account processing
Requirements
- 1 year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to handle difficult situations and dissatisfied customers calmly
