Wigs and Costume Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain, style, and care for all theatrical wigs
• Assist performers with stage makeup, including airbrush and prosthetic applications
• Inventory cosmetology supplies
• Manage costume care including laundering, hand sewing, and machine stitching
• Run dressing tracks for shows and assist with quick changes
• Ensure the integrity of all ship-wide entertainment events

Requirements

• Minimum two years of industry-related experience
• Skills in styling and maintenance of theatrical wigs
• Knowledge of stage makeup, airbrushing, and prosthetics
• Experience in theatrical environments including dressing tracks and quick changes
• Proficiency in hand sewing and machine stitching
• Ability to live and work onboard a vessel in a multicultural environment
• Valid passport and ability to obtain a C1/D Seaman's visa
