Responsibilities

• Set up winding machines using provided parts and manufacturing aids
• Start and monitor the automatic winding process according to specified programs
• Insert parts at designated stops and perform welding and cooling channel processes
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and correct setting data in case of dimensional deviations
• Inspect parts for quality, dimensions, and completeness using measuring tools like lasers and calipers
• Document measurement results and perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in winding technology or a similar field
• Knowledge of occupational safety and first aid measures
• Flexibility to work in a three-shift system
• Proficiency in German and basic skills in MS Office and technical IT tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take responsibility for tasks
