WHS Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement and continuously improve WHS and injury management frameworks
• Provide practical, trusted advice on physical and psychosocial risk management across a complex, multi-site environment
• Lead incident, hazard, and injury management processes, from early intervention to return to work
• Support audits, inspections, reporting, and compliance aligned with WHS legislation and ISO standards
• Build strong relationships across HR, Operations, Clinical Governance, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WHS professional in medium to large, multi-site organisations
• Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance standards
• Experience in injury management, early intervention, and return-to-work processes
• Demonstrated ability in psychosocial risk management
• Strong coaching skills to support and guide business leaders
