Wholesalers Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Define commercial strategies by client, managing various brands and categories to drive sales and profitability.
• Focus on increasing brand sell-out and maximizing relationships with key stakeholders across multiple client departments.
• Lead annual negotiations for commercial templates to ensure company objectives are met.
• Activate and supervise business plans for assigned accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage budgets for promotions and point-of-sale visibility, analyzing the return on investment for each action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply, and ComEx to mobilize organizational resources.
• Contribute to the development of a new omnichannel commercial model for the wholesale channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy sales or mass consumption industries.
• Proven leadership attitude and proactivity in developing new commercial strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to overcome barriers and find solutions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
