Wholesale Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Wave B2B orders using WMS platforms based on ship windows
• Greet, document, and obtain sign-offs for carrier pickups
• Coordinate with dock drivers to load trucks
• File documentation and manage ASN requirements
• Provide labeling support and data entry
• Update and maintain B2B order status reports
• Enter manual billing for non-automated functions
• Assign waves to associates by priority and cancel date
• Monitor associate ability and allocate labor
• Communicate with Inventory Control regarding product and location issues
• Escalate technical issues to management
• Suggest process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment
• Ability to read and translate retail customer vendor routing guidelines
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Proven reliability and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business administration or logistics
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SPS, Deposco, or Netsuite
