Wholesale Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new sales channels including independent and chain grocery, convenience, and specialty retail
• Manage existing accounts through regular in-person visits and virtual check-ins to present assortments and pricing
• Execute regional sales plans, including managing promotional calendars and price updates
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and AR to ensure smooth product launches and timely collections
• Monitor inventory health and sell-through to anticipate customer needs and relay market feedback
• Support brand building through trade shows, samplings, and professional product training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, or account management
• Experience in CPG, retail, or eCommerce preferred
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
• Ability to travel for business meetings and trade shows
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into ethnic and mainstream retail or foodservice
• Knowledge of distributor mechanics
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean or Japanese and English
