Wholesale Sales Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development efforts, including mandate hunting and securing new mandates from key clients.
• Build and leverage relationships with distribution partners ranging from senior executives to ground-level staff.
• Plan and deliver effective sales strategies to achieve net sales targets.
• Lead new fund launch and promotion projects.
• Deeply understand client needs and communicate insights to the Product and Investment Management teams.
• Continuously develop knowledge of investment capabilities, capital markets, and global business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales or product development/management experience within the Asset Management industry.
• Deep understanding of investment products and industry sales practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Verbal and written fluency in English to facilitate communication with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA, CFA, or MBA degree.
