Wholesale Sales Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support sales heads in the Wholesale Sales division to build and deliver sales plans and drive initiatives.
• Oversee internal control functions to ensure strict adherence to compliance and risk management protocols.
• Manage sales data governance by analyzing data to help the division achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain quality standards for sales materials and ensure sales members have access to appropriate documentation.
• Lead the adoption of technology and AI to improve sales processes and overall operational efficiency.
• Support the Macro Strategist in providing high-value market insights to the division.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in core financial services functions such as sales planning, risk management, or internal control.
• Proven experience reviewing sales materials, operational processes, or compliance-related documentation.
• Strong ability to manage document and data accuracy, perform quality checks, and handle KPI reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading projects.
• Verbal and written fluency in English to communicate effectively with global offices.
