Wholesale Operations & Product Data Coordinator

Ampersand Brands is a growing portfolio of beloved confectionery brands, including Hammond’s Candies, the iconic hand-crafted candy maker, and Lolli & Pops, a premium retail and gifting brand with a national presence.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master product file including COGS, wholesale pricing, MSRP, and item specs
• Support Wholesale and Inside Sales with product information, availability, and pricing confirmations
• Manage centralized sample request tracking and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse and factory teams
• Coordinate packaging mockups for new product development and customer presentations
• Act as a cross-functional connector between Product Development, Sales, Inventory, and Operations
• Maintain organized records of product specs, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Build and improve workflows for sample tracking and packaging mockups

Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in merchandising, product operations, or wholesale support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with product data and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or retail environments
• Experience supporting wholesale or B2B sales teams
