Wholesale Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations point of contact for Target and Ulta Beauty account managers
• Manage order execution, compliance requirements, and retailer-specific workflows
• Partner with Sales and Finance demand planning teams to translate forecasts into fulfillment plans
• Oversee the full wholesale fulfillment cycle from order receipt through shipment
• Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners on inbound scheduling and labor planning
• Monitor inventory risk including stockouts, shorts, and aged inventory
• Use AI-powered platforms to automate workflows and analyze fulfillment performance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale operations, retail fulfillment, or distribution
• Direct experience managing major retail accounts like Target, Ulta Beauty, or Sephora
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and OMS
• Proficiency with EDI, WMS, and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience using technology or AI tools to improve operational workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
