Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of European wholesale clients throughout the entire order cycle from order entry to final invoicing
• Build and manage delivery and invoicing calendars for collections in collaboration with sales teams
• Monitor merchandise arrivals and coordinate allocations with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Supervise order entry, control, and invoicing within the Cegid Orli ERP
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding administrative and logistical matters, including claims and transport disputes
• Monitor payments and coordinate reminders with the Accounting department
• Analyze performance indicators such as invoiced turnover, service rates, delays, and outstanding balances
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize sales administration processes

Requirements

• Higher education degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration (ADV) or Wholesale, ideally in fashion, luxury, or premium sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Cegid Orli preferred)
• Knowledge of JOOR or equivalent B2B platforms is a plus
• Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory
• Italian language skills are an asset
