Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment
• Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports
• Build and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation
• Manage customer-specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirements
• Monitor demand to support accurate production planning
• Partner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy
• Deliver best-in-class customer service by managing inquiries, issues, delays, and claims
• Identify sales opportunities through product and operational support

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English for international communication
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• High confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong curiosity and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or supply chain customer service
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
