Wholesale Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee the wholesale supply chain from PO creation through final delivery and returns management
• Maintain seasonal trackers in collaboration with Merchandising and Buying teams to monitor stock flow
• Monitor stock delays or disruptions and communicate updates to customers to minimize financial impact
• Assist with daily, weekly, and seasonal reporting on inbound/outbound deliveries, invoicing, and cancellations
• Maintain and create reporting tools to be shared across the Wholesale team and wider business
• Plan DC intake and ensure all customer delivery deadlines are met
• Review stock against POs upon receipt and oversee the allocation process based on customer priority
• Provide first-class customer service regarding orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations
• Act as the primary contact for Drop Ship customer service partners

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar wholesale or supply chain operations role
• Proven ability to provide accurate data and maintain merchandise systems
• Proactive decision-making skills within the scope of the role
• Strong workload management skills to meet strict department deadlines
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients
