Wholesale Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as the direct operational partner for 12 sales representatives, supporting pre- and post-sale needs
• Communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency
• Coordinate product movement and manage sample distribution
• Manage StorePoint maintenance and audit new and aged accounts
• Maintain data hygiene across ERP systems and backend reporting
• Manage end-to-end operational setup for newly hired sales representatives
• Provide pre-sales support for strategic accounts, including line sheets and custom label ordering
• Oversee EDI compliance systems and coordinate with Finance to manage order flow
• Process new wholesale account applications and execute new account infrastructure
• Manage backend account royalty tier movements and provide accounts receivable support

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in wholesale operations, sales administration, or B2B account support
• Experience in a fast-paced retail compliance environment
• Strong organizational and multi-step workflow management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with specialized software; experience with NetSuite or NuOrder is highly preferred
• High attention to detail regarding customer databases and compliance
