Wholesale Lending Operations Product Management Lead - Senior Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage complex wholesale lending operations and lead professional teams to achieve functional objectives.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of a program or portfolio of programs, ensuring all business needs are met.
• Oversee program planning, including the creation of charters, stakeholder management plans, and issue logs.
• Manage multiple teams, including responsibility for hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and budget approval.
• Identify and escalate program risks to senior leadership and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to safeguard the firm and its clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in relevant functional areas.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs and diverse professional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in wholesale lending or complex financial operations.
