Responsibilities

• Support the Wholesale team with day-to-day account management and administrative responsibilities
• Assist in preparing seasonal selling tools, line sheets, order forms, and presentation materials
• Help maintain accurate order tracking, account information, and wholesale reports
• Coordinate sample organization, showroom merchandising, and product setup
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to support wholesale strategy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Prior internship or work experience in wholesale or customer-centric industry
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Luxury industry experience
