Wholesale Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack wholesale orders with high attention to detail based on specific retail partner requirements
• Track order status and maintain throughput using Shopify
• Maintain inventory levels on shelves and organize backstock
• Unload pallets and inspect new product for quality and accuracy against shipping documents
• Operate pallet jacks safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including comfort with shipping software and email
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods
• Experience using a pallet jack
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends during peak seasonal periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and/or ShipStation
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Forklift certification
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or B2B order processing
