About the role
Responsibilities
- Consult and sell amazing travel experiences to customers
- Manage and service enquiries via phone, email, and chat within agreed timelines
- Attend regular training sessions regarding systems, air and land products, and supplier updates
- Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers, and product managers
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong relationship management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient knowledge of GDS and travel booking systems
