Wholesale Consultant

Responsibilities

• Consult and sell amazing travel experiences to customers
• Manage and service enquiries via phone, email, and chat within agreed timelines
• Attend regular training sessions regarding systems, air and land products, and supplier updates
• Work within a global team to achieve sales targets and incentives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, suppliers, and product managers

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a Wholesale or Retail travel industry role
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong relationship management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge of GDS and travel booking systems
