Wholesale Account Operations Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage digital product flow and verify order imports between wholesale platforms and ERP systems
• Process account information updates and approve product swaps for retail territories
• Review and approve initial orders for new retail partners
• Execute warranty requests and process specialized lens and part orders
• Coordinate communication for the Second Chances program
• Act as a liaison to the fulfillment center to resolve order discrepancies
• Manage Canadian operations including RMA creation, shipping labels, and invoicing
• Facilitate rush priority shipments for high-profile accounts
• Capture and catalogue images for point-of-purchase materials
• Maintain display and POP options within NuOrder
• Identify and flag software issues in NuOrder or NetSuite

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or fashion internships
• Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and premium accessories
• High attention to detail regarding order sheets and shipments
• Tech-fluent with ability to learn new software quickly
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to ERP software
• Experience with order management systems
