Whiteware Specialist

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored whiteware packages including cooktops, ovens, and dishwashers
• Maintain deep product knowledge across a wide range of kitchen appliances and brands
• Create quotes, process invoices, and support customers with installations and aftercare
• Perform engaging product demonstrations to bring kitchen technology to life
• Liaise with suppliers and service agents to resolve customer queries effectively
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a professional department

Requirements

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on hitting and smashing goals
• Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to build trust
• Passion for quality products and staying current with kitchen technology
• Ability to work a roster of Tuesday to Saturday (8 hours per day)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with appliances or whiteware is a bonus
