Wheel CNC Machining

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC machines to produce wheel components according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize production efficiency
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in CNC machining or a related field
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation
• Experience with CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine)
• Experience with quality control processes and inspection techniques
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and custom gauges
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in CNC machining
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
