WFM Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of WFM and Macro Developers to drive continuous process improvements and deliver results within established timelines.
• Maintain end-to-end WFM and process-related dashboards, enhancing productivity through automation.
• Manage centralized repositories for inventory management, business operations support, TAT, ageing reports, and key KPIs.
• Oversee Membership P&L and SOT files to create yearly budgets and forecasts for various lines of business.
• Provide strategic forecasting (12–24 months) and tactical forecasting (16–26 weeks) based on historical data and trends.
• Produce documented performance analysis and reporting to support weekly and monthly decision-making.
• Assist in the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
• 2–7 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills using Microsoft Tools.
• Proven experience in Project Management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work night shifts and work from the office in Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau.
• In-depth knowledge of the US Healthcare business.
• Demonstrated success in executing macros and automations.
