Wetland Delineator

Responsibilities

• Conduct wetland delineations following the 1987 Corps Manual and applicable Regional Supplements
• Identify and document OHWM, hydrologic indicators, and geomorphic features of waterbodies
• Conduct T&E species habitat assessments, evaluating habitat suitability and relevant ecological conditions
• Collect and manage field data using submeter GPS and digital data-collection tools
• Contribute to survey documentation, including data forms, field notes, photo logs, and map review
• Support report inputs and permit-related documentation
• Work safely as part of a field crew under ERM and client safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of one field season of wetland delineation experience using the 1987 Manual and Regional Supplements
• Familiarity with Arid West and Great Plains Regional Supplements or other applicable regions
• Ability to interpret soils, vegetation, hydrology, NWI maps, aerial imagery, and topographic data
• Experience with submeter GNSS/GPS units and digital field applications
• Ability to work 60+ hours per week, including weekends and extended rotations in remote conditions
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
