Wet Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction and process efficiency through innovative solutions and alternative sourcing.
• Lead quality investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic process issues.
• Enforce on-line controls and ensure strict adherence to work instructions and procedures.
• Coach and train engineers and technicians to build technical competency and problem-solving skills.
• Establish and maintain FMEA, OCAP, Process Control, Risk Assessment, and SIPOC for critical processes.
• Ensure full compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards, and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in wafer process engineering or equipment maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with WET processes, including Wet Etch, Wet Resist Strip/Lift-off, and wafer cleaning.
• Proven experience in high-volume production of electronic components within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and statistical process control (SPC) tools.

• Experience working within a large Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• Strong analytical mind with the ability to identify root causes of complex technical problems.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet strict production deadlines in a dynamic environment.
