Wet Etch Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize wet etch processes to improve product quality, yield, and productivity
• Drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, and risk management
• Resolve manufacturing line problems and tackle process issues through cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues
• Use project management skills to meet milestones related to yield, defectivity, and cost gaps
• Drive improvements across all owned Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within Wet Etch processes (including vapor etch, dry strip, dry bevel etch, or plating)
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field (or equivalent military experience/AAS with 5+ years of industry experience)
• Experience with DRAM development and manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
