About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key grocery accounts across the Western U.S.
  • Lead buyer relationships and annual line reviews
  • Secure new distribution, incremental SKUs, and merchandising opportunities
  • Drive promotional planning and trade optimization
  • Oversee broker and distributor relationships and performance
  • Prepare and track sales forecasts and manage trade budgets
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and retailer events

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the food or CPG industry
  • Proven success managing grocery accounts and retailer buyers
  • Experience working with brokers and distributors
  • Strong relationships with West Coast grocery retailers preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 30–40%
  • Ability to visit HQ in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ once a quarter
