About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow key grocery accounts across the Western U.S.
- Lead buyer relationships and annual line reviews
- Secure new distribution, incremental SKUs, and merchandising opportunities
- Drive promotional planning and trade optimization
- Oversee broker and distributor relationships and performance
- Prepare and track sales forecasts and manage trade budgets
- Represent the brand at trade shows and retailer events
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the food or CPG industry
- Proven success managing grocery accounts and retailer buyers
- Experience working with brokers and distributors
- Strong relationships with West Coast grocery retailers preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 30–40%
- Ability to visit HQ in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ once a quarter
