Responsibilities

• Create work and inspection plans to ensure smooth project realization
• Coordinate internally with project leaders, environmental managers, ecologists, and sustainability coordinators
• Coordinate externally with clients, subcontractors, and permit authorities
• Organize procurement of services and materials ensuring scope, time, quality, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor costs during execution and manage budgets for extra or reduced work
• Prepare interim reports and final delivery dossiers

Requirements

• HBO or MBO level in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with a medium to large contractor
• Experience as a work preparer, project engineer, project coordinator, or site manager
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to solve technically complex problems
