Werkstudent - Technology Development Power GaN (w/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Support the Power GaN technology development team with ongoing research and development projects
• Independently conduct, perform, and evaluate scientific experiments and analyses
• Characterize and analyze experimental results using scanning electron microscopy (SEM)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Microtechnology, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Analytical mindset with a meticulous and independent way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to work onsite in Regensburg, Germany
