Werkstudent Supplier Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team with daily operational tasks
• Prepare and dispatch contracts to suppliers in coordination with the team
• Coordinate, maintain, and document Supplier Change Notifications
• Support communication between internal interfaces and external suppliers
• Perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Medical Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Systematic, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• Very good command of German (written and spoken)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
