Werkstudent - R&D Funding Project Management Office and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in organizing meetings and consortium gatherings, including participant management, invitations, and catering logistics
• Provide administrative support for funding projects by maintaining filing systems (Windchill) and ensuring compliance-relevant data collection
• Assist in project management activities for large-scale projects, including partner communication
• Support the creation of project applications, technical reports, and PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Humanities, or a comparable field of study
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel (including Excel functions and VBA)
• Knowledge of Tableau is considered an advantage
• Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Strong understanding of economic and organizational contexts
• Team player with intercultural openness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Interest in learning new tools such as MeetingMaster
