Werkstudent Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Support the project buyer in creating procurement plans
• Communicate project framework conditions and develop procurement strategies
• Propose suggestions for lotting and RFP tactics
• Plan the use of auctions in collaboration with the project team
• Execute the RFQ process via PuMa and auctions (live or online)
• Assist in monitoring and controlling project milestones

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
• Strong strategic thinking and quick comprehension skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent German and very good English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial theoretical or practical experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management
