Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Allergan Aesthetics Marketing & AMI Team

Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations within the Marketing & AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) departments
• Assist with the processing of offers and invoices
• Monitor, ship, and evaluate in-clinic materials
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and various business documents
• Develop contract templates
• Organize meetings and corporate events
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Health Economics, or a similar field
• Proficiency in standard MS Office programs
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in deriving strategic recommendations
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn new tasks
• Fluent German language skills
• Good command of English
