Werkstudent IT-Support

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in providing first-level support for on-site employees
• Process tickets and troubleshoot error reports regarding hardware, software, and networks
• Install and configure workstation systems, including PCs, laptops, and printers
• Maintain and document IT systems and processes
• Assist with IT projects, such as system rollouts or updates

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Strong teamwork skills
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Previous experience in IT support or with hardware is a plus
